What You’ll Do
As a Dispatcher, you’ll manage technician schedules and workloads to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will prioritize high-revenue service calls while maintaining excellent customer service for all clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch technicians efficiently to optimize daily schedules
- Prioritize high-revenue service calls while maintaining top-tier service for all customers
- Optimize routes to reduce travel time and increase service efficiency
- Communicate clearly with customers about scheduling and service expectations
- Collaborate with the Service Manager to ensure technicians are fully prepared
- Handle urgent service requests and reallocate resources as needed
- Maintain accurate records using ServiceTitan
What You Bring
- Experience in dispatching or scheduling
- 2-year degree or 3+ years in a professional office setting
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with local geography and dispatch/CRM software (ServiceTitan experience is a plus!)
